Are the designer freelancers or contractors?
Answer: NOT AT ALL. All our designers and developers are employee of PGD Technologies. Every employee is bound and under a signed contract to follow the companies policy regarding secrecy and privacy of clients and its projects. The company signs an NDA at the time of contract to make sure the work done is completely safe.

What do you mean by Full-Time Hiring?
Answer: A full time hiring model is a simple process of hiring you own extended employee as a team member who works only on your assigned projects and is directly managed under quality supervision of our project managers to ensure maximum efficiency, cost savings and full control over the operations.

Here is how it works:

• Each hired employee works 22 days in a month and delivers a minimum of 176 hours of productive results
• Every work is monitored and managed by a project manager assigned to look after the quality and delivery of your assigned work.
• The communication mostly can be managed via Email, Chat or Phone with either the designer or the project manager
• The work is carried on during the Indian working hours of 10 AM to 6 PM (Mon to Fri) at our development centre in India
• Invoicing is done at a 15 day interval and payments needs to be made in advance for the current month. As while hiring you have to sign a 3 months minimum contract period.
• In case of the designer works less than 22 days during a said month i.e. incase of the designer only works for 15 days you pay for only 15 days. In an such odd month where its less than 11 days you pay for the full month.
• Any odd month where the work days are 23 between 1-31 of any month then you enjoy the remaining 1 day completely free.
• No deductions is made if the designer has delivered complete work for 176 hours, extra hours on any day will be billed separately on an hourly basis

What do you mean by Full-Time Hiring?

Answer: This is pretty simple as you pay as per hours for any project assigned. You will be billed on hourly basis.

What is the best way to test your service before hiring?
Answer: The best way to test drive our service is go for a trial run with us for 2 hours where you can experience the live process.

How do I make the payments?
Answer: We accept payments through PayPal, Wire Transfer and Credit Card. You project manager will give you exact details and can guide you through the process.

How many designers can I hire at a single time?
Answer: You can hire more than one designer at any point of time with any of the Profiles and Billing Model you wish for.

If I dont like the designer assigned is their a replacement?
Answer: If you are unhappy with the designer during the selected Billing Model, your project manager would make sure to replace the designer and assign a new designer ASAP.

What if the designer assigned leaves the organization?
Answer: Our Company has a 1 month notice period and within that span of time we will transfer all the process and knowledge to other designer and replace the place. But in case your project manager will make sure that the ongoing operations are not affected.

Are their additional or hidden cost?
Answer: There are no additional costs expect for what has been specified on the website.

Are the billing models flexible to switch?
Answer: We are always open to discussion and can surely help you in changing the billing model you have selected but it can happen only after successful completion of the ongoing billing model.

How will I get updated with daily progress?
Answer: All the work done are uploaded to your server and a report is been submitted to you on daily basis.

What are my rights regarding Intellectual Property?
Answer: We give you the sole ownership of source code, intellectual property, copyright etc.

Will you sign an NDA?
Answer: Yes. We sign NDA

Who would be responsible to supply the images used in website?
Answer: We surely would help and recommend you to choose the right images for your website and to buy at a right price from right place. But ultimately you the owner and you will be the one to pay for it.
